By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: October 23, 2026 ## 1\. The Service ConnectMQ provides managed MQTT broker instances together with a dashboard, topic monitoring, rules and alerts, an ISA-95 workspace, a Digital Twin and related tools. Every plan includes the same features; plans differ in their usage limits (such as monthly session minutes and concurrent connections), as described on our pricing page. ## 2\. Your account You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details and broker credentials secure. Tell us immediately at [support@connectmq.com](mailto:support@connectmq.com) if you suspect unauthorised access. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. ## 3\. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Service to: - break any law or infringe the rights of others; - send spam, malware or other harmful content; - attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, to other customers’ data or to our systems, or test their security without our written permission; - overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in a way that harms other customers; - resell the Service without our written agreement. ## 4\. Your data You keep all rights to the data your devices and applications send through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us only the rights needed to operate, secure and support the Service for you. We do not sell Customer Data. How we handle personal data is described in our [Privacy Notice](https://connectmq.com/privacy/). ## 5\. Plans, payments and taxes The Free plan is free of charge: it gives a one-time allowance of session minutes, needs no payment method and does not renew. Paid plans (Basic and Scale) are monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on our pricing page, with fixed limits and no overage charges. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Prices may be shown excluding applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout. We may change our prices. Price changes to a paid subscription take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance. ## 6\. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [support@connectmq.com](mailto:support@connectmq.com). Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and then does not renew. There are no cancellation fees. Every payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our [Refund Policy](https://connectmq.com/refund-policy/): you can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment. ## 7\. Availability and changes to the Service We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free unless we have agreed a service level with you in a separate written agreement. We may change or improve features; if we remove a material feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance. ## 8\. Suspension and termination You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if you do not pay, or if this is necessary to protect the Service, other customers or to comply with the law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you the opportunity to export your data. ## 9\. Intellectual property The Service, the ConnectMQ name and logo, and all related software and content belong to ConnectMQ or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of these rights to you, other than the right to use the Service while your account is active. ## 10\. Disclaimer and limitation of liability The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ConnectMQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer. ## 11\. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the application before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms. ## 12\. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. ## 13\.
