We act as the data controller for the data described here, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Data we collect Depending on how you interact with us, we process: - Account data: your name, email address, company and login details when you sign up. - Contact form data: your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message, together with the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and browser details. - Billing data: your plan, invoices and payment status. Payments are handled by Paddle; we do not receive or store your full card details. - Usage and technical data: log data such as IP addresses, connection events and error messages that we need to run and secure the broker and the application. - Website analytics: how visitors use our website, collected with Google Analytics (see "Cookies and analytics"). ## 2\. Data your devices send The messages, topics and other data that your devices and applications send through your broker ("Customer Data") belong to you. We process Customer Data only to provide the Service to you and on your instructions; for that data, you are the controller and we act as your processor. ## 3\. Why we use your data We use personal data to: - provide, secure and support the Service and your account (performance of a contract); - answer messages you send us (your request and our legitimate interest in responding); - process payments, invoices and taxes (contract and legal obligations); - understand and improve our website and Service (legitimate interest or, where required, your consent); - send you important notices about the Service and your account (contract). ## 4\. Who we share data with We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run ConnectMQ, under appropriate agreements: - Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes orders, payments, taxes and refunds; - Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics); - our hosting and email providers, which run our servers and deliver our emails; - public authorities, where we are legally required to. ## 5\. International transfers Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and the transfer rules of the KVKK. ## 6\. How long we keep data We keep account data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. ## 7\. Cookies and analytics Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as \_ga) to measure visits and page views. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. ## 8\. Security We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), access control and isolated broker instances. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will inform you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires it. ## 9\. Your rights Under the GDPR and Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: - access the personal data we hold about you and learn how it is used; - have inaccurate data corrected and, where applicable, deleted; - object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw your consent at any time; - receive your data in a portable format; - lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the data protection authority in your EU country. Children The Service is intended for businesses and developers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. ## 11\. Changes to this notice We may update this Privacy Notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed; we will announce significant changes on our website or by email. ## 12\.
